Change Manager - Digital Transformation


Superb opportunity to play a key role in a high impact, digital transformation project with a very well-established local brand.


You will work closely with business stakeholders to lead and successfully deliver a mixture

of change projects, many of which will have a significant digital element. You will focus on enhancing the customer/colleague experience whilst ensuring appropriate governance and risk management. A fundamental element of this role includes driving innovation across the organisation and translating business needs to solutions.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectation

  • Lead the planning and implementation of key strategic change projects

  • Provide regular project progress updates

  • Produce and maintain project documentation in accordance with project management requirements

  • Organise and facilitate project meetings

  • Manage project resources, budgets and quality control

  • Ensure appropriate project governance is in place and ensure BAU controls and procedures are fully maintained

  • Managing change including the identification of any issues / barriers and any potential resolutions

  • Proactively promote innovation and driving continuous improvement across the organisation


Experience and Skills Required


  • A proven track record of managing projects within budget/timescales ideally within the digital sector

  • The ability to manage change and positively engage with stakeholders at all levels

  • A thorough understanding of project governance and risk

  • Experience gained within the financial services sector would be preferable

  • Exposure to structured project management methodologies would be advantageous
