Customer Service Advisor

The role will involve dealing with customers, providing an outstanding customer service and taking ownership of the customer enquiries.


The right candidates must have proven customer service experience and an excellent telephone manner with the ability to deliver first class customer service.


All candidates must be confident with outstanding communication skills.


Work patterns will be based on a 35 hours per week


Shifts between 08.00am -8.00pm – Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
