NRG are working with a leading manufacturing business based in the Stockton-on-Tees region to recruit an interim HR & OD Assistant.


This is maternity cover to work within the HR & OD team and is for 12 months starting in January 2018.


Responsibilities include:

  • Advise employees on company HR policies and procedures

  • Process and assist with any changes to the company benefits platform

  • Manage the electronic filing system and implement changes regarding job evaluation, moves and promotions

  • Administer the HR / Payroll system

  • Input employee training records, collate and record professional qualification information and assist with sourcing external training partners

  • General administration as and when required


To be considered for this role you will have previous experience working in a HR or training environment. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or have a relevant HR / business qualification. You must be a confident communicator and have experience working with confidential data and information. Experience of using HR information systems is essential as is a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including the use of Excel and spreadsheets.
