Superb opportunity to play a lead role in a key customer engagement project.
The role will involve extraction and analysis of data from a variety of channels, the generation of “actionable insight” from the data and the presentation of results and recommendations via a variety of methods to a mixture of key stakeholders.
You will take a partnering approach and provide expertise in the areas of gathering customer insight and facilitating customer engagement.
Working closely with senior stakeholder across all areas of the business your key objective will be to understand insight requirements and deliver actionable insights to the organisation.
The ability to analyse facts into clear findings and help understand the ‘so what’ factor
Good questioning skills – to extract from others what they really want to know and turn this into actionable solutions.
Strong analytical experience in data manipulation and interpretation is essential with the knowledge of customer journey lifecycles and customer journey mapping.
The ability to write well-structured, concise and insightful business presentations.
You will ideally have a MRS qualification and relevant experience of deep dive analysis to establish root cause of customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction.
Experience of MS Office suite with particular emphasis on MS excel, to allow interrogation of raw data.
This is a highly flexible role and will require the post-holder to work across the business (including national travel) communicating effectively with colleagues of all levels and building and maintaining highly effective relationships with stakeholders.
