NRG are delighted to be working with a reputable Manufacturing firm based in Northumberland to source for an Administrator.


This is a permanent role and full time - 37 hours / week.


Duties include:

  • Managing sales orders and processing on the system

  • Communicating with suppliers

  • Procurement of office materials and monitoring of supplies

  • Supporting with purchasing activities for the business

  • Collating and monitoring KPI's and business metrics to support performance measures

  • Participation in meetings and taking minutes

  • Assisting with report and presentation preparation

  • Raising fault reports and keeping health and safety records

  • Any additional administrative tasks as and where required


To be considered for the role you will have:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role in a Manufacturing / Technical environment

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Experience working with warehouse databases

  • Proven experience of implementing process improvements
