We are seeking an experienced consultant/leader that can demonstrate a successful track record of working in 360 recruiter role and is ready to guide and support a team of talented and high performing permanent and contract consultants.

The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience in sourcing a variety of specialist roles such as software architects, product managers and developers. You will need to be able to demonstrate your skills in business development, quality of service and an ability to manage and deliver high calibre candidates to the market.

The role will be challenging, hands-on within a very busy environment and offer an opportunity to bring your expertise and knowledge to a dynamic , progressive and fast paced environment.

You should be an individual who values building and nurturing long term client relationships and a have a strategic approach to how you work. Along with an enviable list of some of the most prestigious clients in the North East, NRG also perform business out of region. This position will allow you to choose your own vertical whilst also leading and managing the team.

Along with being proactive and commercial the other skills you will require to be successful are initiative and a sense of maturity to guide and grow the business.
