Implementation and Support Consultant
Gateshead

NRG are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Consultant to join our innovative client in Gateshead. My client is looking for candidates with an educational or training background who are passionate about customer service.

 

The role is full time and permanent with a salary of up to £20,000 depending on experience - full training will be provided.

 

Duties of the role include:-

  • Delivering exceptional customer service

  • Provide live on-line software training to customers

  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to help them use the product

  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system

  • Maintain and increase software usage in schools

  • Develop relationships with existing clients

To be considered for the role you must have:-

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good ICT skills

  • Training experience and/or teaching/classroom experience

  • Be able to work well alone and as part of a team

You will be required to pass a DBS check and take holidays out of school time.
