IT Procurement Coordinator

My prestigious client who is based in Newcastle City Centre, are currently recruiting for an IT Procurement Coordinator, to join them on a temporary basis. They are looking for a candidate who has worked in a similar capacity.


Duties will include:

*Managing supplier invoices & liaising with suppliers where appropriate

* Managing software maintenance agreements

* Preparing purchase order numbers and processing agreement renewals

* Assist with the preparation of financial reports or information

* Budget preparation


The ideal candidate will have knowledge of purchase ledger systems, as well as strong excel skills. Previous use of a SAM tool (or SNOW) experience is preferred but not essential.
