Customer Service Agent

NRG are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join an innovative and exciting company based in Cramlington.

 

This is a permanent role with a salary of £16,000-£18,000 depending on experience.

 

Duties of the role include:-

  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of the client and their key stakeholders

  • Provide first class telephone support and response to inbound queries

  • Ensure accurate data entry and collection of payments

  • Resolve and respond to queries in an appropriate manner and escalate where necessary

  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

  • Carry out all customer service activities in line with agreed processes

  • Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of all service-related activity

  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the clients CRM platform

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the operational processes

To be considered for the role you must have:-

  • A minimum of 2 years working in a customer service environment

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong administration skills

  • The ability to contribute thoughts/ideas to the process of continuous improvement

  • The ability to work to agreed targets/deadlines
