Customer Service Advisor – up to £16,000 (OTE £21,000)

This is a highly interactive role whereby individuals will be dealing with a variety of customers who have been involved in a road accident. Due to the nature of this role the ability to question customers and make the relevant decisions is essential. Ultimately, you will be making a large difference by providing great support to those who need it the most.

Duties include:

  • Building a rapport with all customers to ensure their needs are being attended to and the comfort that they can rely on you

  • Using your questioning skills to determine the nature of the accident and the customer’s involvement in this.

  • Empathising and supporting the customer throughout the whole process to ensure they are fully aware of the service that can be provided and how this can be of benefit to them

  • Using a strong product knowledge to ensure every customer is getting the best service for their own personal needs


To be a great advisor in this role the skills and experience required are as follows:

  • Strong listening and questioning skills

  • Confident using a P.C and in-house systems

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment

  • Capability of working to targets

  • Ability to challenge the customer

  • Remaining a high level of professionalism

  • Decision and evaluative skills

This is a full time permanent position offering a 37.5 hour working week. Individuals will need to be flexible between the hours of 7am – 9:30pm five days per week. You will be required to work occasional weekends flexible from 8am-8:30pm
