Our Client, a large financial organisation, based in Crossflatts Bingley, is currently looking for a Temporary Scheme Administrator to join their team.

 

Within the role you will be expected to

  • Administer the relevant scheme data, ensuring it is held and maintained in a robust, auditable and efficient manner.

  • Execute the operational tasks in accordance with the service definitions defined

  • Coordinate with other administration elements to support of the operational delivery

  • Resolve exceptions and data errors.

  • Administer the standing obligations in order to provide regular and quality information into the Scheme administration.

  • Effectively complete all tasks within agreed processes and procedures and SLAs.

 

The ideal candidate will

  • Have previous experience of B2B administration.

  • Have the flexibility to work within a new business/set up environment.

  • Intermediate level of technical skills required for the role e.g. Excel, Access, and Word.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Prioritise daily tasks and manage own time to enable the successful completion of key activities.

  • Adopt and promote a positive approach to work and colleagues, having good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

  • Demonstrate a flexible approach & take on different/additional tasks where business needs dictate.

  • Provide assistance to fellow team members as and when required.

  • Be available to start work immediately

 

37 hours per week
