We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a leading financial services organisation at its Newcastle City Centre and Cobalt Business Park locations (you must be flexible to work across both locations).

As a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator you will be handling unscripted calls from customers, answering queries and solving problems. You’ll balance this with completing a variety of interesting administration tasks you will have been allocated for the day.

Working between these two elements offers a challenging but rewarding environment and also means no day is the same.

What do I need to be successful in the role?

You will need strong customer service experience, not necessarily gained from a contact centre environment but telephony customer service experience would be ideal.

You will also correspond with our customers via e-mail and letter, therefore excellent data entry and written communications skills are essential.

You will have a positive, can do attitude and the desire to provide excellent customer service.

Salary? 

You’ll earn an attractive starting salary of £16,590 per annum which can rise to £17,552 per annum after successful probation.

Hours?

The hours of work are spread over a four week basis:

Week 1: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Week 2: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Week 3: Mon-Fri 12noon-8pm

Week 4: 3 weekdays of 9am-5pm with a weekend in with 2 non working days during the week
