We’re looking for an ambitious individual with previous administrator experience to provide support and ensure the smooth running of a team in Newcastle.
As a Reconciliations Administrator, you will assist with day-to-day administration tasks and provide support to senior colleagues.
This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Communicating with Financial Advisers and Clients
Preparing and processing all new client documentation and amendments
Monitoring transfers of assets/cash from other institutions
Previous administration experience is essential – additional training will be provided
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook is preferred
