We’re looking for a HR Administrator to join a HR department in Northumberland.
The role reports into the HR Manager and you will work alongside another HR Administrator and an HR Officer.
It’s a small, dedicated team who oversee the efficient running of all administration and HR services. You will ensure that the day to day advisory and administrative needs for all employees and customers run smoothly.
Maintaining accurate administration within all aspects of the employee life cycle
UK GDPR data minimisation, helping to ensure HR remains legally compliant
Assisting in the recruitment and selection processes
Assisting the HR Officer in the booking and organising of training courses
Absence management & administering the Company Sick Scheme
To be involved in ad-hoc cross functional projects
Excellent interpersonal skills are required as you will communicate with employees at all levels.
The ideal candidate will also have sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures along with advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.
