Our client is a wealth management company based in Newcastle and they have an opportunity to join a fantastic team as Onboarding and Maintenance administrator.
As an Onboarding and Maintenance administrator, you will process client information, updates, and financial movement within client accounts. The team is responsible for end-to-end processing.
Escalate any issues as appropriate to management in a timely manner.
Take ownership for your personal and professional development.
Carry out all administrative duties in line with company procedures.
Identify continuous improvements in working practices.
Provide an excellent client service, delivering against expectations and keeping all stakeholders updated.
Support delivery of projects where appropriate.
Understand the team goals and the relationship to wider BD processes.
Contribute to a positive working environment, demonstrating company values.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Provide support to other team members as required and carry out other relevant duties as required from time to time
Experience working within a high-pressure environment would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy skills and Microsoft Office with excellent attention to detail.
