We’re looking for Receptionists to join a Financial Services team in the centre of Newcastle.

The role is temporary with an immediate start date.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced Reception environment being the first point of contact for visitors.

This role is office-based with excellent transport links.

Monday to Friday schedule with weekends free!

Responsibilities include:

• Answering the phone, responding to emails, greeting people in person

• Being the first point of contact for visitors to the business

• Administrative tasks


About you:

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to liaise with clients at all levels

• IT literate

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to all visitors and keep on top of administrative duties.
