Due to business growth our award-winning client based in Longbenton is looking to add talented people to their friendly Credit Cards team.
As a Part Time Customer Service Advisor in the Cards team you will work Monday – Friday 5pm – 9pm and Sundays 3pm – 9pm each week. There may even be flexibility for 5.30pm starts if needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll receive inbound calls from customers supporting them with any queries in a timely and professional manner.
You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience to every customer by providing resolutions through your excellent rapport building skills
You’ll take responsibility for each customer, using your own judgement to provide the correct advice in order to resolve queries appropriately. You’ll follow system and procedural processes and ensure compliance with the FCA (full training will be given)
