We have an exciting opportunity for people with a can-do attitude to Customer Service to join a global technology service and consulting business at their Life and Pensions Centre of Excellence in Edinburgh.
You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls ensuring accurate information is given to customers. You will help customers with all pension related questions from updating contact details and giving policy values to more complex technical queries about legislative changes. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that they have a memorable experience and are positive about the service they receive.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and computer literacy skills gained in a customer facing role within retail, hospitality, leisure or contact centre.
You’ll work in our large modern office within Edinburgh Park which is an ideal location for travelling by all modes of transport. You will receive award winning training and support and an excellent chance to gain valuable experience of working in a rewarding role.
The rate of pay will be £10.20 per hour on an initial 6-month temporary contract. You will work 35 hours per week on a shift rotation between 8.30am and 5.45pm Monday to Friday. There is potential to be made permanent for those that deliver exceptional customer service and achieve quality, risk, customer satisfaction and efficiency targets.
