Due to business growth our award-winning client based in Longbenton is looking to add talented people to their friendly Credit Cards team.
As a Customer Service Advisor in the Cards team you will follow a 9-week shift-based rota between the hours of 8am – 8pm Mon – Fri (the shifts are mostly early and only one week in the rotation finishes at 8). Every third Saturday – 6.5 hours between 8am-6pm – NO SUNDAYS!
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll receive inbound calls from customers supporting them with any queries in a timely and professional manner.
You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience to every customer by providing resolutions through your excellent rapport building skills
You’ll take responsibility for each customer, using your own judgement to provide the correct advice in order to resolve queries appropriately. You’ll follow system and procedural processes and ensure compliance with the FCA (full training will be given)
