We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and passionate Customer Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists at their headquarters in Darlington.
The Customer Service team were highly commended at the 2021 What Van? Awards are an integral part of the business and responsible for bringing to life the Northgate experience for customers.
Operating within a professional business-to-business environment you will work shifts Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm – No evenings or weekends!
A key attribute for success is the ability to effectively manage various customer queries and complaints and provide an appropriate professional response. Your core values will keep customers at the forefront of every transaction, providing updates throughout. You will achieve this by picking up the phone and striving for a one touch resolution, reinforcing our culture of being ‘people talking to people’.
