We’re recruiting a Learning and Development Business Partner to join a Charity in Newcastle.
This is initially a one-year contract however there is scope for the right person to be made permanent.
The ideal candidate will report into the Head of Organisational Development and work closely with HR Business Partners.
You will support the delivery of the People Strategy by providing an effective and efficient Learning and Development service, ensuring teams have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to support key strategic aims and objectives.
You will engage and work collaboratively with managers and HR Business Partners to support the creation of robust learning needs analysis and propose, design, and deliver fit for purpose solutions to meet their requirements.
There will be a range of projects to be involved in and a real opportunity to shape the services offered by the OD/L&D function.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience working at this level within L&D along with experience of setting up systems.
To be successful in this role you have strong communication skills and be able to use your initiative to make a positive impact.
