We’re looking for several Sales Advisors to join a team in Longbenton.
You will be promoting new products and services to existing customers to enhance their security while providing excellent customer experiences to build brand loyalty.
This is a full-time position working Monday- Friday 9:00- 17:30.
Start date: 13th September.
As an Upselling Advisor you will be promoting new products & services to existing customers
Understand customers' needs in order to provide them with the correct advice
Establish and build rapport to develop great customer relationships
Communicating with customers about new products with the intention of getting them installed at their properties
Working towards monthly targets to earn a performance-based bonus
Liaising with different departments to ensure that the customers' needs are being met
General administrative tasks
You must have previous telesales experience (required) ideally in a B2C environment
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You are self-confident, customer-focused and a results-oriented person
You enjoy learning in a dynamic and challenging environment
You feel very comfortable persuading and closing sales
You are a team player, working with and supporting team members when needed
You have the ability to multitask
Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges
Eager to use your initiative
Genuinely passionate about customers' security and safety
