Service Analyst – £30,000 + Benefits
Are you a Service Analyst ready for a rare and exciting opportunity to join a leading FTSE 250 business?
They’re expanding their Newcastle operation and adding a Service Analyst to their team.
In this role you will be reporting into and working closely with the Savings Manager to assist with competitor analysis and service management.
You will work with numerous internal business areas and teams as well as working closely with their outsource partner, supporting the relationship by providing them with comprehensive and informative insights.
About the Role:
Assist in producing operational and customer MI
Monitor competitor actively and current market conditions
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support decision making
Work closely with internal teams, senior leaders and outsource partners on new initiatives and performance management
Utilise internal data sources to help drive an analytical approach to decision making across the team
Previous experience in an analyst role
Analytical, confident, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
Able to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Strong written communication skills
A desire to learn and build a career
Highly proficient using Microsoft Excel
Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
