You will be working as part of a small data team to analyse customer data from various sources and tasked with identifying key trends to report back to the business. You will use statistical modeling to create data projections to allow future plans to be drawn up by the business.

Generate statistical models such as projections, classification, clustering, and pattern analysis, to predict and quantify various problems (lead from customer & colleague insight)
Support the development and embedding of new technologies and digital platforms/solutions, used to analysis and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Deliver the core feedback collection program; Customer relationship & perception measurement, and customer satisfaction tracking through transactional surveys.
This role allows for remote working with occasional trips to the office in Redcar, Middlesbrough.
