Our client in Newcastle has an exciting opportunity for a People Advisor to join their friendly HR team.
You will work with the people team delivering advice, support, administration and coordination to employees.
Duties will include:
Working with the People Partner on projects.
Responsibility for systems data including the full life cycle of employee data.
Monitoring, reporting and analysing data in line with business needs including production of monthly MI dashboards and identifying trends and patterns from data analysis.
Providing expert advice and ER.
Responsibility for onboarding and inducting new staff.
Supporting and having a sound understanding of the local well-being programme initiatives.
Working closely with the People Partner to provide support.
Contributing to people programmes and projects.
Recording, monitoring and assessing absence trends, promoting early intervention and logging
Ensuring all immigration and visa requirements are compliant and conducting processes and checks accordingly.
Providing administrative support to the Operational People Partner on employee related cases.
Contributing to continuous improvements within people services team.
Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, and legislation whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of People systems and practices in a changing environment.
You should be CIPD qualified or studying towards and have experience of working with HR systems and IT software.
