Our client is a rapidly expanding, innovative and dynamic, organisation. Due to growth and demand they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. You will be based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire managing all aspects of people management, from ER through to recruitment, development and cultural change.
The HR Business Partner will therefore provide HR support on all aspects of HR to the business. The HR Business Partner will establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders, ensuring an excellent quality and coverage of HR support at all times. This role requires someone to be the ‘critical friend’ of the leadership team, providing regular feedback and driving the development of the wider team.
The HR Business Partner will be the primary point of contact for all complex HR issues and will also support the Head of People Management by leading companywide projects to ensure a proactive HR service and the delivery of a strong HR strategy.
At least 5 years HR Generalist experience with previous experience at HRBP level
Ideally experience in a manufacturing, construction or engineering environment
Significant experience as a HR Advisor or Business Partner in a generalist role
Experience of leading and coaching managers in change management processes
Experience of recruiting at all levels of an organisation
Strong ER knowledge and skills
Line Management experience is advantageous
