Customer Support Administrator - £21,000 + Benefits
Great working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm or 10.00am to 6.30pm (37.5 hours)
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, are looking recruit a talented customer support administrator to join their technical service team. You will be the customer first point of contact, ensuring you deliver an efficient and knowledgeable service that will increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Taking calls from customer dealing with queries, orders and providing advice.
Processing orders in line with the customer requirements
Ensuring you are processing orders accurately to avoid errors and processing their payments
Effectively handling customer complaints, helping the business to identify the root cause and help drive improvements.
Liaising with other departments to check stock levels, manufacturing timelines, and delivery dates
Liaising with couriers and customers to ensure their delivery arrives on time.
General Administration duties
Previous experience in a technical customer service role in a customer focused environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office
A team player
