NRG HR are delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Talent Acquisition Lead into a newly created role with our Newcastle based Manufacturing Business.
As Talent Acquisition Lead you will support the business in its growth plans. This position is all about finding and bringing on board the best talent, it needs someone passionate about what they do, someone who can build relationships internally across the organisation and externally with key stakeholders.
Working with the wider HR Team to continuously develop this offering Leading on Recruitment and Selection Activity, proactively work with Recruiting Managers to develop clear and interesting job and project specs that demonstrate what needs to be achieved in the role, and the skills and knowledge needed to be successful.
Developing internal processes to support the development of their talent. Attracting the right people and looking at their employee value proposition.
Developing robust selection techniques that create an excellent candidate experience and enables consistent and fair outcomes. Identify the best channel to attract the ideal candidate, including but not limited to Higher / Further institutions, in-house, recruitment agencies and LinkedIn.
You will have a talent mindset (with an understanding of the importance of diversity and equality).
Be organised, able to keep things moving and achieve results in a timely way. Knowledge of higher and further education workings would be helpful and previous experience of developing talent (mentors, coaching, stretch assignments)
Salary and Benefits: There is an attractive salary plus pension, share options, 25 days holiday etc.
Fixed term, initially for 18mths (though as a growing organisation different opportunities are likely to present themselves).
