What to expect

Joining as a Customer Service Advisor within the Alarm Receiving Centre, you’ll be helping customers whose alarm has been triggered. Processing signals received from customer’s premises, reviewing of images, liaising with guard/police/ambulance/fire brigade as part of Monitoring duties. Making outbound calls to communication correctly what is happening during an incident to ensure customers’ security. Making quick and accurate decisions following strict security protocols.

You will be receiving inbound calls from customers, assisting with basic technical troubleshooting of issues. Preventing false alarms by explaining how to use the system and detecting technical issues.

 

About you

In this role, you’ll need to be able to think on your feet, react to incidents in a timely manner and can show patience, empathy & compassion.

 

You’ll need to bring good IT skills to your new role, as you’ll be handling customer information and updating databases and you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

 

You must have experience in providing excellent customer service and be genuinely passionate about customers’ security and safety.

 

Salary

£19,000 pa- £22,000 pa basic + up to £1,200 pa Performance bonus

 

Shift pattern

9 hour shifts, 5 on 2 off *Must be flexible with shifts as per business requirements*
