About The Role

80% of time on the phone, 20% time Admin

To undertake various duties within the Data Projects team, providing telephone cover for queries for internal and external customers. Producing and sending dedicated reporting and managing projects end to end.

 

Key Responsibilities

Phone out appointment/emergency work to Data Collectors within 30 minutes of receipt and ensure that all work chased back within the company SLA’s.

Manage projects end-to-end, preparing detail reports as required.

Undertaking investigations relating to operational issues affecting the performance of the projects and workloads that we support and control.

All work is to be managed within the agreed department KPI’s.

An aptitude for investigating and problem solving and providing customers regular feedback.

Gather/collate/submit all management information and invoicing to all relevant departments.

Daily liaison with various levels of external customers/consumers.

Review regularly operational processes and procedures.

 

KPI's

Ensure adherence to internal and contractual quality standards.

Ensure that emergency work is issued out within agreed timeframes.

Effective management of job returns to ensure data goes back to the customer within agreed SLAs.

Production and analysis of accurate reporting in line with customer/contractual requirements.
