I'm delighted to be recruiting a Sales Coach for a leading supplier in innovative security solutions with more than 30 years of experience. The company are growing fast, and need passionate and committed people to join us in our Brentford HQ, London. The sales coach will be responsible for working with the engineers to support them with their sales strategy for new products and retention whilst always putting the customer first.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work alongside our field security experts in order to establish, build and manage strong long-term customer relationships
Providing on the job training and coaching
To take ownership End-to-End of the two active key strategic projects and to propose additional initiatives for ongoing improvement:
Enhance the current security systems by upselling new technologies.
Win-back customers that have requested to cancel.
Spend 80% of your time on the field with the Field Security Experts and 20% on the HQ reporting to the Operation Management Team.
To ensure quality and productivity targets are being met.
Prepare reports with the daily / weekly / monthly results of the Field Security Experts
