I am delighted to be recruiting a part time temporary Project Support Coordinator to join my client in Newcastle. This will initially be for a period of 3 months and you will be looking to work 2-3 days per week.
Collecting, uploading, and updating content for the staff intranet
Taking meeting notes and minutes
Assisting with tasks associated with online events/workshops
Attending online workshops and conferences when required
Assisting with internal meetings
Monitoring, storage, and auditing of all video recordings
Meetings and events - coordinate attendance, set up meeting rooms, prepare relevant papers, collate information; take minutes and action notes, coordinate follow up actions, scribe and transcribe when required
Manage the company enquiries mailbox, signposting to the most appropriate person whilst ensuring urgent enquiries are treated as such
Offer support with completion of trackers and tasks as directed by the Executive team
Efficient use of administrative systems used (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
You will be initially working from home and will be given full support.
