My client is looking to recruit engaging, enthusiastic and customer focused Account Manager to build strong relationships with existing clients and deliver a world class service. Your role is to become their point of contact moving forward, providing quotes, and dealing with enquiries whilst meeting monthly KPI’s

 

In order to apply for this role, we are looking for you to have account management experience where you have been required to meet targets, retain clients and deliver after sales support.

 

Initially this will be a home-based role with the view to moving into their offices when they are able to do so.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Putting together sales quotations for new business

  • Retaining existing business

  • Providing aftersales support to clients

  • Working towards monthly targets and KPI’s

  • Building strong relationships with clients

  • Resolving queries

  • Work hard to become an SME for your clients

  • Support the wider team and business

 

About you:

 

  • Previous experience in a B2B account management role

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role

  • Passionate customer experience

  • Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

  • Self-motivated, ambitious and determined

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
