NRG are recruiting for a Data Analyst with SAP Business Objectives and advanced MS Excel experience in Newcastle. Our client Verisure, are the leading provider of monitored security services that gives peace of mind and protection to residential and small business customers across Europe and Latin America.

Job Description

We are looking for a KPI obsessed and results oriented Senior Data Analyst to work closely with the Business Intelligence Manager within the Operations area of Verisure. The focus is to build business knowledge by conducting deep analysis of the different variables within Customer interactions, to optimise performance and gain efficiency. You would also work on budget and forecast generation for the area to guarantee full control and visibility over operative KPI’s, SLAs and to follow up on risks and possible deviations.

Responsibilities

• Daily work with Databases

• Generation of daily reports to monitor performance of Operation areas

• Generation of executive presentations for monthly and quarterly follow ups

• Creation of yearly Budget exercise for Operations – forecast of workload and cost to serve their customers

• Act as intermediary across Operation areas in terms of information and knowledge sharing in terms of KPIs

Requirements

• Experience in data related positions as a data analyst or similar role

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and SAP Business Objects skills

• Data driven and business oriented

• Strong analytical skills

• Problem solver who has experience working closely with all areas of a business and is confident working with senior management
