Customer Service Advisor & Administrator - £19,000 + Bonus + Benefits
My client is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic customer service advisor to join their rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities:
• Dealing with inbound calls and emails from clients
• Processing customer enquiries and contracts in timely and effective manner
• Working as a team to manage a shared inbox
• Maintaining the company database
• Ensuring all documents and letters are produced accurately
About you:
• Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
• Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment
• Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Ability to manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Attention to detail
