We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to join a successful growing SaaS company based in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client growing team and to help support their ambitious growth plans.

 

About the Role

Working closely with the senior management team you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships- Owning the client journey from sale through to renewal and beyond.

Main responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales, and marketing to ensure clients are ‘launched’ on optimal terms.

  • Help deliver account reviews and appropriate communications to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with technical teams to document, understand and remedy any technical support issues!

  • Create opportunities for revenue growth.

About You

  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B Account Management (ideally in SaaS)

  • Track record of delivering against retention and revenue growth targets.

  • Evidence of establishing and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

  • Comfortable producing reports and data analysis
