Business Systems Developer

NRG are delighted to be working with an established engineering business based in Newcastle looking to bring on an additional Business Systems Developer. This person will focus on the on-going support and development of IFS across the group companies.

Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, the successful individual will be responsible for documenting developed solutions, data analysis and troubleshooting of existing systems.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Extensive experience of using SQL, preferably PL/SQL or similar, such as T-SQL

• Web development experience using HTML5 and JavaScript

• Extensive knowledge of reporting and analysis tools such as Crystal Reports and SSRS

• Familiar with ERP system(s)

• Knowledge of IFS would be advantageous

Initially this role will be home-based with the view to return to office when safe to do so. From then a flexible home-working arrangement is available.

Working hours: 7:30 – 15:30 Mon – Thurs, 12:30 finish every Friday.

Salary up to £30,000 dependent on experience.
