Purpose of the role:
The Sales and Project Consultant will develop and nurture incoming sales leads and provide high quality customer service to deliver on ambitious growth plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
Day to day contact with key accounts and customers in assigned territories including France
Identify and develop sales opportunities with existing customers in assigned territories
Respond to incoming leads promptly and effectively and be the initial point of contact for pricing and product availability
Look after the online Chat and propose suggestions to improve reach/quality of response
First stage follow-up to all new marketing leads and establish and develop relationships with key customers
Convert new leads to Sales Opportunities
Provide a high level of technical and specification support, becoming an expert in all products
Record customer feedback on products and services and Work particularly closely with marketing to help shape the content they create and ensure it addresses what our customers are asking for
Prepare and deliver quotations to customers and provide remote training to key customers
Record and track opportunities and projects from enquiry to delivery through the CRM system
Essential:
Fluency in French
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to learn and retain technical information
A thirst for knowledge and a willingness to take on new challenges
Good presentation skills and telephone manner
Commercial awareness
Full driving licence
