We are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to join a well-established client headquartered in Newcastle. As a national outsourcing service provider, our client offers contact centre and fulfilment services across four UK locations and is keen to speak to candidates who have proven contact centre sales experience.
Work closely with the Business Development Director to develop and implement lead generation campaigns across all available media, in line with budgets and objectives.
Assist as the first point of contact for new business enquiries, working closely with the Business Development Director to ensure a successful transition from enquiry through to proposal and contract stage.
Manage and lead all CRM activity, building sales pipelines, and recording all activity.
Take partial responsibility for the financial performance of the sales team, in line with annual new business sales targets.
Play a central role in winning new clients across all sites. This will include designing and delivering sales presentations, producing tender responses and/or sales proposals, liaising with senior management teams to gain relevant content and detail to support.
Travel to the various sites to host prospect meetings.
You will have at least 3 years of management experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the contact centre or eCommerce sector.
Knowledge of contact centre digital marketing strategies would be an advantage.
Strong budget planning, management and reporting skills.
