Contact Centre Advisor - £21,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Starting salary of £21,000, rising to £23,900 after successfully passing your probation.
Monthly bonus scheme
Great working hours – Monday to Thursday 10am – 6.30pm and early finish on a Friday. No weekends
Initially a home working role with a view to being in the office next year

My client is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and customer focused Contact Centre Advisors to join their expanding operation in Manchester.
We are looking for a someone that is passionate about meeting targets whilst delivering world class customer experience. Working on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the world you will need to use your excellent communication skills to speak with their customers about products and services available to them.
Taking inbound calls from customers looking to discuss products and services
Making outbound calls to existing customers that are coming to end of the agreement and discussing renewal options.
Working towards and consistently meeting customer service and sales targets
Ensuring all of your calls are compliant and meet quality standards
Working together as a team to achieve the best results
Previous experience in a contact centre role where you have had to meet targets and KPI’s
Passionate customer experience
Previous experience working in a regulated environment
Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
Excellent communication skills at all levels
