NRG are excited to be working exclusively with Singletrack. New to the region, Singletrack have a global reach in providing a cloud-based SaaS solution to their clients. Already the primary vendor in Europe, Singletrack are opening a new office just outside of Newcastle City Centre to spearhead the application and technical support function for their customers based in the US.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Client Success Team as a Graduate Technical Account Manager. You will provide application support for their products whilst being fully trained on all aspects of the Client Success Managers role. You will have an interest in technology, ideally within the financial sector, and a track record of real customer experience.

Some previous experience and a sound interest in software

Able to effectively manage external and internal relationships
Good time management skills within a collaborative team framework
Experience of financial services and/or capital markets
Technical configuration experience, within database or CRM systems or similar
A desire and willingness to get to know your customers
Good knowledge of how CRM systems operate
Learn how the sell-side business really works including the impact of increasing
Extensive internal and external technical learning experiences including relational
database models and queries and coding languages
Develop excellent communication & soft skills
Work in a successful and growing FinTech company with a global customer base
