My client is one of the largest business to business services provider in Sunderland. They are looking for an Editorial and Production Scheduler to join their growing marketing, and campaigns Team.
As the Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and organising the editorial and production schedules across several projects to help to make it easier for businesses to do more and go further.
Lead the organisation, development and maintenance of editorial and production schedules to ensure content, campaigns, marketing, and events are delivered to plan
Identify project inter-dependencies and ensure they are communicated, understood, and addressed
Manage all aspects of assigned projects ensuring successful planning, management, execution, and outcomes
Support the Head of Content & Marketing develop effective resource models and plans, allocating resources appropriately
Support with proofreading, copywriting, and production of reports
Create and implement new solutions to scheduling challenges
Provide visibility on project milestones and timescales to relevant parties including team members, other staff, external content contributors and suppliers
Define and manage project resource needs and establish succession plans for key resources
Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a Project role
Experience in organising editorial and production schedules
Experience in copywriting and working with editors and content production teams
Resource planning experience
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience utilising Microsoft365 software applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
