We have some fantastic customer service opportunities with our well-respected client in North Tyneside on an ongoing temporary basis to start 24th August. You will be required to be flexible to work various shift patterns between Monday-Friday 8am-9pm and 2 Saturdays every 6 weeks.
Based within the Financial Assist team, you will be responsible for speaking to customers in a polite and friendly manner throughout inbound and outbound calls
You will offer support and guidance to customers, understanding their financial position and offering solutions.
You will provide customers with information and products that will benefit them.
You will update customer details on the system.
Successful candidates will possess:
Excellent customer services skills with a minimum of 6 months experience within a customer service role.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise with customers during challenging calls.
Great timekeeping and a professional attitude.
All candidates must pass credit & CRB checks.
