We have some fantastic customer service opportunities with our well-respected client in North Tyneside on an ongoing temporary basis to start 24th August. You will be required to be flexible to work various shift patterns between Monday-Friday 8am-9pm and 2 Saturdays every 6 weeks.

The role:

  • Based within the Financial Assist team, you will be responsible for speaking to customers in a polite and friendly manner throughout inbound and outbound calls

  • You will offer support and guidance to customers, understanding their financial position and offering solutions.

  • You will provide customers with information and products that will benefit them.

  • You will update customer details on the system.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Excellent customer services skills with a minimum of 6 months experience within a customer service role.

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise with customers during challenging calls.

  • Great timekeeping and a professional attitude.
