NRG HR are delighted to be working with our client in Newcastle in the recruitment of an interim Payroll and Rewards Manager for an immediate start.
The role will be key in providing insight and guidance on all aspects of employee rewards.
Day to day management for relationships with third party providers and acting as the expert of rewards and to provide knowledge across the HR team. Ensuring up to date accurate knowledge of the current salary market data and devising and coordinating the reward and benefits strategy. Strong systems experience including simplification and automation of rewards processes and Payroll experience.
Homebased role initially and then to be based in their Newcastle offices.
