We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor's to work for an award-winning Contact Centre in Sunderland to start in February 2020.

The ideal candidate will have Customer Service experience from any sector, it is a great opportunity for candidates from hospitality & retail sectors to gain experience in a contact centre. Initially your contract will be temp however there are permanent opportunities after 12 weeks.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked in a contact centre environment before, with my clients award-winning Learning and Development team, they will provide you with a comprehensive training programme.

As a Customer Service Advisor the main duties would include;

  • Taking inbound calls

  • Answering queries relating to product information

  • Customer Service

  • Updating computer system

The hours for this role are full time 37.5 hours per week working various shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 10pm, Saturday between 8am and 6pm, Sunday between 9am and 5pm. This will be based on a shift rota working 1 in every 2 Saturdays and 1 in every 4 Sundays.
