NRG are working with a client based on the outskirts of Newcastle looking to add another IT Support Engineer to their Helpdesk Team. The successful individual will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to their clients via telephone, using remote desktop tools or if needed, attendance to client sites.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ability to implement and troubleshoot:
Windows Operating Systems
Routing and Firewalls
Ability to write technical instructions for use by clients and colleagues
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
Full driving license
Requirement to be involved in an on-call rota covering OOH support
Please note that travel throughout the UK will be required, and weekend and evening work may be required on occasion in line with the needs of the business.
