Funding Accountant

My client is looking for a Funding Accountant to support their innovative engineering work within the energy sector.

Day-to-day (not limited to):

• Handle various funded projects including Interreg and ERDF funded projects, ensuring rigid adherence to guidelines

• Ensuring compliance to minimise risk of clawbacks

• Making sure documents are correctly filed and maintaining the accuracy of submissions

• Uphold strong working relationships with various elements of the organisation while ensuring all reporting (financial, etc) are delivered in full and on time

Requirements:

• Preferably have worked in a similar role and/or exposure to activities relating to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)

• Ability to work independently as this role will have minimum supervision
