Working within a bright and modern contact centre, your duties will be to take calls from existing customers and deliver excellent support and service.
You will help customers with any complaints and provide clear and concise outcomes to restore faith back into the company. It is vital that the customers’ expectations are managed throughout the full end to end process so great communication is a must.
By investigating thoroughly, you will be able to resolve all complaints well and within the required timescale.
You will have outstanding communication skills and a real passion for offering great customer service.
You will have the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and have a friendly and professional outlook.
You will be computer literate and able to work flexible shifts.
Monday to Sunday between 7am – 11pm
£21,160 per annum
November and December 2019
