We have an opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a leading organisation based in Northumberland.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a bigger team reporting directly into the HR Manager. You will be responsible for providing HR support to the organisation including:
Producing information and reports to support the needs of the management team, including monthly headcount, overtime, sickness absence and team briefs.
Ensure monthly payroll is compiled accurately and to time for processing.
Ensure Recruitment and Selection is carried out in line with Company guidelines.
Manage the new starter induction programme.
Ensure all HR admin is dealt with and processed confidentially, accurately and to timescale.
Maintain and update HR System.
Support HR Manager with transformation/ change activities.
Support line managers where required.
The right candidate will have a generalist HR background and the ability to produce and disseminate HR policies and procedures. Ability to work with key stakeholders across the wider business and to work under pressure.
