This role will involve being part of the Welcome Team, proactively reaching out to existing and new customers, to ensure their products are being utilised to their full potential, trouble shooting any issues and reactivating customers effectively
You’ll be required to understand customers’ business needs, potentially identifying ways in which additional products will support their business and its development and helping the customer throughout their journey
